Hey you!
So much, that took on another study and hope to prove my skills as Game Artist(2D), Animator and as a Game Designer. I'm currently studying at the HKU Utrecht, Games & Interaction as a Game Artist.
What kind of person am I?
Good question! I'm a real go-getter, funny but sometimes weird(my girlfriend someti.. well mostly always doesn't get my jokes), loyal, enthusiastic, like to motivate others and a crazy cat man. I love games, making them, talk about them and everything involved with games. But suck at playing most games(except RPG's, that's my thing). Some traits aren't always handy such as being a perfectionist and finding a lack of concentration when working alone.
What inspires me?
I probably did not tell you yet, but I love games!(board games too) My current favorites are Darkest Dungeon, Fire Emblem, Towerfall Ascension and Tekken 7. I collect art whenever I have the chance and collect some art books from time to time. Both movies and TV series inspire me. Stuff like Star Wars, 80's/90's cartoons, cartoons like Adventure Time and Tv series like Stranger Things and American Gods. And don't forget all those unbelievable facts I like to read.
What is my dream?
All I want to do is make awesome games and do what I do best. I would love to run my own company someday(hopefully when I'm done studying) and do make whatever I think would be a fun and awesome game. I can live happily with my wife and kitties. Pay rent and can buy some games from time to time.
Although I took on the game artist course, I don't see myself doing only art. At the moment I see myself as a Visual Game Designer, which should change once I know how to do basic programming. I think learning new skills like programming and PR should help me survive in the current state this industry is in. I just want to learn as much as possible.
